ABOUT

Hi! I'm Adriana and I want to share with you the work I do which I love bringing to life.

I assist people in lighting up their creative side, through geometry, colour and sound. The workshops I host are a space of self healing and self discovery through arts and the delight of sound therapy, aiming to balance body, mind & soul..

I first came across wool mandalas in 2012 whilst traveling in Argentina and it has captivated me ever since. I currently live in the Mid Blue Mountains NSW, Australia place from where I share my work throughout the Greatest Blue Mountains and Sydney Region.

Initially drawn to the colour and meditative process of mandala creation, I soon focused my attention on gaining a deeper understanding of the rich cultural history and symbolism of Native American mandalas, discovering where the "ojo de Dios" (God's eye) originally came from, learning in this way a lot about the Huichol culture from Mexico and discovering that these symbols are inherited in Native American, Buddhist, Mongolian, Persian and many more cultures around the world.

Through this weaving work I found a way to express myself allowing colours and shapes to flow. In this hands-on craft, I found many effortless hours of relaxation and concentration which is a beautiful discovery that I would love to share with you.

In my own personal practice, I find there are many benefits in creating mandalas – from the calming, meditative experience while weaving, to the lightening and brightening of living spaces. I find that by adding a mandala to my home or work space it enables the full power of the mandala to present itself, to energise and recharge myself and all those who encounter it.
Through the artful creation of mandalas, my aim is to help others discover the power within - to allow hidden capabilities to sparkle!

I have also incorporated the ancient wisdom of sound therapy, to soothe, open and nourish each human heart that is willing to receive the benefits and vibrations of high frequency instruments such as Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Frame Drums, Chimes and Gongs.

Thank you for visiting and if you would like to learn this meditative and ancient art-form, or simply arrange a Sound Therapy Session, you can learn more about public or private workshops to nurture your inner creative power.
